About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on Technical Lead with 5+ years of professional software development experience and strong skills in Python, React.js, Node.js, and full-stack development. You’ll work directly on the code, guide other developers, and take responsibility for features from planning through release. You should be comfortable understanding existing applications, solving problems, and making practical technical decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features across the frontend, backend, and databases.
- Review existing code and improve performance, security, and reliability.
- Lead development work, set realistic timelines, and communicate progress clearly.
- Review code, mentor developers, and help the team resolve technical problems.
- Connect applications with external services and maintain those integrations.
- Ensure features are properly tested before release and investigate issues after deployment.
- Work closely with the founder to turn product requirements into clear development tasks.
Required skills and experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, React.js, and Node.js.
- Full-stack experience building and maintaining complete web applications.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Next.js, or NestJS.
- Experience with databases, application integrations, Git, testing, and deployment.
- Experience leading technical work, reviewing code, and supporting other developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
- Ability to take ownership of existing software and deliver dependable improvements.
Additional experience we value
Experience with TypeScript, cloud hosting, Linux, video processing, live streaming, or AI integrations would be an advantage.

About the role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with 2+ years of professional software development experience to help build and improve both products. You’ll develop features across the frontend and backend, work with databases and external services, and help keep the applications reliable and easy to use. You should enjoy writing code, investigating problems, and seeing your work through to release.
Key responsibilities
- Build responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop and maintain backend features using Python and Node.js.
- Connect application features with databases and external services.
- Understand existing code, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- Write tests and check that complete user journeys work correctly.
- Collaborate with the technical lead and other developers on planning, code reviews, and releases.
- Take responsibility for assigned features and communicate progress clearly.
Required skills and experience
- 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Python, and Node.js.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building and connecting APIs—the connections between application services.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, and software testing.
- Ability to understand existing applications and work effectively with a team.
Additional experience we value
Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Django, FastAPI, NestJS, cloud deployment, video processing, or AI integrations would be an advantage.
