1. Who we are and what this covers

Eduth Technologies Private Limited, trading as Eduthtech, is registered in India. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean that company.

This policy covers eduthtech.com and company enquiries or job applications sent through the forms or contact details on this website. ApexStream and Carmic Pro are separate product services. Their websites, accounts, and product activities are covered by the privacy notices provided on those services.

2. Information we handle

When you visit

Your browser sends technical information to the systems that deliver the website. This includes your internet address (IP address), the page or file requested, and browser information. Connection times, response details, and error or security information may also be processed by our hosting systems and providers. This is separate from visitor analytics or advertising tracking, which this website does not use.

When you use a form

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Our career form also asks which role you are applying for and a link to your CV or portfolio. We save the submission with a reference number and send its contents to our company inbox. A confirmation means we have saved your submission; it does not mean someone has reviewed it yet.

To limit spam and repeated submissions, the service temporarily processes your internet address and keeps a protected, coded version for rate limits. Form security checks and references are also recorded. The forms do not add cookies, save your draft in browser storage, or subscribe you to a newsletter. Email open and link-click tracking are disabled for these notifications.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if supplied, your message, attachments, and details included in the email. Job applications may include your work history, qualifications, résumé, portfolio, and any other information you choose to send. An email link opens your email application; simply selecting it does not submit an application or message to us.

Please share only what is relevant to your enquiry or application. We do not ask you to send passwords, payment details, or identity documents with an initial enquiry or job application.

When you save a cookie preference

If you choose to save your preference, this website stores a small setting in your browser. It records the preference and when it was saved. It is not sent to our server or used to identify you across websites. See our cookie policy for its contents, duration, and how to remove it.

4. Providers and where data is handled

We use Hetzner to host this website on a server in Finland. Our hosting provider processes technical connection information as part of delivering and securing the hosting service. The website uses HTTPS to encrypt the connection between your browser and our server.

Form submissions are saved privately on our Hetzner server, outside the public website files. We use TokyloMail to send the submission to our company inbox. TokyloMail processes the submitted details, sender and recipient addresses, and sending status to provide that email service. The email uses your address as the reply address so our team can respond to you.

Incoming email sent to contact@eduthtech.com or careers@eduthtech.com is forwarded to eduthtechnologies@gmail.com using Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare processes the message, including any attachments, and sender and recipient information to perform this forwarding.

Our company contact inbox uses Google’s Gmail service. Google processes messages and related information to provide email and its associated security features. Google operates infrastructure in multiple countries, so email information may be processed outside India or your country of residence. Further details are available in Google’s privacy policy.

Information you send is used by the people handling your enquiry or application. Where necessary, we may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities to meet a legal obligation or address a legal claim.

Links to other websites, including our product websites, take you to services with their own data practices. Please read their notices before providing information there. Saving a preference on this website does not change your preferences on those services.

5. How long information is kept

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was received, including relevant follow-up, resolving disputes, and any applicable record-keeping obligations. The period depends on the information and the reason for keeping it.

For enquiries, this means handling your request and necessary follow-up. For applications, it means assessing the application, completing recruitment, and addressing related questions or obligations. Technical records are kept according to operational and security needs and the applicable provider’s retention arrangements. Your saved browser preference remains until you clear it in Cookie preferences, remove this website’s browser data, or your browser removes it. It has no automatic expiry.

Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.
